BHOPAL : Vyapam ex-system analyst Nitin Mahindra was granted bail in PMT-2013 case by the High Court on Friday. He has been already bailed out in ten cases related to the Vyapam scam. Senior advocate Ajay Mishra appeared in the High Court on behalf of Mahindra.
The ten cases in which Mahindra has been granted bail include constables’ recruitment (2012 and 2013), transport constables recruitment, contractual teachers’ recruitment grade-II and III, PMT-2012, PMT-2013, sub-inspectors recruitment, IT operators’ recruitment, food inspectors recruitment and milk federation staff recruitment cases.
Advocate EA Qureshi said that Mahindra is yet to get bail in one more case.
