Barnagar: Regional MLA Mukesh Pandya is continuously making efforts to develop the town, and in this slew of development, he has presented a new veterinary hospital to the town. As per the letter issued by the animal husbandry department under the 12th five year plan and veterinary facilities extension programme in rural areas, an amount of Rs 6.60 lakhs have been allotted for establishing the hospital in village Palduna of development block Barnagar.

It may be noted that the MLA gave the aforementioned proposal in December 2013 as a primary focus and that time Rs 8.60 lakhs were also approved for the upliftment of the veterinary hospital situated in village Bhatpanchlana.
