Two nabbed selling stolen mobiles for cheap

BHOPAL :  Bhopal crime branch nabbed two miscreants involved in snatching mobile handset thieves at MP Nagar on Friday.

According to police sources, a man trying to sell a mobile handset for cheap was nabbed from MP Nagar. He has been identified as Govind Singh Rao, resident of Gas Rahat Colony in Nishatpura area who works as a labourer. Police said that Rao used to steal mobiles of victims busy in buying vegetables at vegetable market.

Cops acting on a tip off regarding a man trying to sell mobile at MP Nagar detained him and when he searched a mobile phone was found from his possession. He was not able to provide details of the handset and later confessed that he had stolen the mobile phone from TT Nagar vegetable market in March.

Meanwhile Bhopal crime branch also nabbed a 21-year-old youth from MP Nagar and recovered a stolen mobile phone from his possession on Thursday.

According to sources, the miscreant Vijay Yadav was arrested when he was trying to sell a mobile phone. The accused confessed stealing mobile from a mobile recharge shop around a month ago.
