BHOPAL : A three-day training programme for police personnel deputed at vehicles ‘Dial-100’ across the state was organisd. Additional director general of police (ADGP), telecom, Anvesh Manglam inaugurated the programme. SSP (radio) Chandrashekhar Solanki, SP, Dial-100 Amit Saxena, SP (radio) Mehfooz Khan and DSP (training) Harish Motwani were present.
Manglam in his address gave information about ‘Dial-100’ scheme and told that more than one crore phone calls in first 11 months were received on this service and people were provided help. Manglam said there is plan to induct around 500 FRV vehicles and 2000 motorcycles next year in this service.
