Asks why Cong CM did not resign after Uttarakhand disaster

BHOPAL: Bharatiya Janata Party state president Narendra Singh Tomar has condemned the Congress for allegedly playing politics on heart- rending incident that took place in Ratangarh Temple at Datia. Tomar said that the statements issued by the Congress leaders, seeking resignation of chief minister, were unfortunate. Tomar said the BJP never does politics on such types of mishaps.

Tomar said Congress should know that intervention cannot be done as election code of conduct is in effect. He said that under present circumstances, the prime minister owes the responsibility of administration.Tomar said prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh should take moral responsibility in the incident of Ratangarh Temple and should resign.
