Sehore : A petrol tanker plunged into a ditch at Dohad ghat late on Sunday night, leaving two dead. According to police, a tanker was going to Hoshangabad from Shahganj when it lost control and plunged into a 50 deep ditch at Dohad ghat near Budni. It caught fire in the impact and the driver and cleaner was burnt alive as they could not manage to come out of the truck.
The driver Hafiz Khan was from Vidisha while cleaner, Jaswant Singh was a native of Bhopal. The police handed over the bodies to the families after post mortem.
