Kurwai : There is sudden rise in theft cases in Kurwai of Vidisha district. Recently a theft took place in the house of Santosh Kumar Jain, very close to the police station. Another theft took place in Beg family’s house. About 4 to 6 tola gold and silver ornaments and cash Rs 1.25 lakh was said to be taken away by theives. This house is also very close to the police station.
Due to such incidents, people especially shopkeepers are feeling insecure as police has failed to catch thieves so far.
