BHOPAL : The Special Task Force (STF) filed a challan running into 250 pages on Wednesday against 24 accused, including two MBBS students, in the court of in-charge CJM APS Chauhan in forest guards’ recruitment fraud.Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (Vypam) had conducted the examination on March 3, 2013. One MBBS student of Rewa Medical college, who was a middle man, is still absconding.
MBBS students were middlemen in the fraud. Raj Kumar Prajapati was arrested from Gajraraje Medical College and he had taken Rs 3 lakh from his friend Sunil Asati and paid Rs 2.90 lakh to another friend Dwarika Verma for selection of Dilip Tagore in the forest guard recruitment test.
Similarly, Dwarika Verma, who is student of MBBS-1 in Chirayu Medical College, Bhopal, took Rs 2.90 lakh from his friend Raj Kumar Prajapati, and arranged his other friend Pushpendra Yadav, student MBBS-III, Medical College Rewa, in Rs 2.75 lakh for Dilip Tagore. Pushpendra Yadav is absconding.
Charges have been under Sections 419, 420, 120-B, 467,471 IPC.
The names of the accused in the challan are Rajesh Kumar Vittal (Morena), Madan Mohan Maurya (Morena), Ravi Tagore (Morena), Gangaram Vittal (Morena), Rishikesh Tagore (Morena), Jitendra Bajoria (Morena), Dharmendra Nigam (Morena), Yogendra Kumar Solanki (Morena),Ram Prakash (Bihar), Shashikant Yadav (Darbhanga Bihar), Shivdas Nigam (Morena), Anup Singh Jathav (Morena), Kuldip Dhanoria(Morena), Munnalal Dhanoria (Morena), Yogendra Verghees (Morena), Bhagirath Kaimore (Morena), Ram Avatar Jathav(Gwalior), Mahendra Singh Shakya(Gwalior), Dilip Tagore(Morena), Bharat Singh Indoliya( Gwalior), Sunil Kumar Asati( Gwalior), Rajkuma r Prajapati (Medical College, Gwalior), Dwarika Verma (MBBS-I Chirayu Medical College, Bhopal).
DIG Shivhare, two SHOs back in jail
Suspended DIG RK Shivhare was sent on judicial custody till July 3 in Pre-PG medical fraud on Wednesday. He was on police remand. He had surrendered April 21. He was produced in the court of in-charge CJM APS Chauhan and he was sent on judicial custody till July 3.
Shivhare had ensured selection for Pre-PG Medical -2012 for his daughter Neha and son-in-law Ashish Anand through Nitin Mahindra. Shivhare is also accused in Sub-Inspector recruitment fraud. Similarly, two SHOs Sushil Shrivastava and Sudhir Srivastava have been sent to judicial custody till June 30 in Sub-Inspector recruitment fraud. They had paid Rs 15 lakh for selections of their sons Saurav and Sams.
Three PMT candidates—Ashutosh Dandotiya, Virendra Singh Jatav and Shamsher Alam Khan have been sent to judicial custody till July 2 in connection with PMT-2013. All are of Gwalior. Pinki Yadav has been sent to judicial custody till July 3 in contractual teachers and Sushma Yadav has been sent to police remand in contractual teachers (III) recruitment fraud. All were produced in the court of in-charge CJM APS Chauhan.
