Scindia makes up his mind to lead Congress in state

BHOPAL : If the Congress wants me to be the party’s face of MP, I am ready to follow the orders, said former Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia during a visit to the state capital on Wednesday. Scindia paid a visit to Jain seer, Acharya Vidya Sagar Maharaj on Wednesday morning.

While sharing his thoughts, at the Chaturmas area, he claimed that he is highly influenced by the Jain ideology. While talking to media persons, he stated that the PCC president is executing his responsibilities very promptly. “The Party has given responsibility and everyone is following the instructions, to point out anybody’s working is not good”.

He stated that along with the party the face is also important, the high command will decide the responsibility and “I am ready to obey orders”. He added that he will be going to meet Union women and child development minister Maneka Gandhi and inform her about the deaths occurring due to malnutrition in state.

The former minister and MP Kantilal Bhuria also reached the Minto Hall and paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. They offered juice to the agitators staging a dharna. The congress party is staging dharna at Minto Hall protesting the shifting of the Mahatma Gandhi statue from the premises.
