Nagda : The festival of Navratri has started from today. The idols of lord Durga are lavishly adorned beautifully with flowers and artificial colorful lights. The Chamunda temple situated on the bank of river Chambal would be thronged with devotees. Pandals are also decked up and strict security arrangements have been made. The Garba would also be organised at the Grasim’s sports premises.
Meghnagar: The temples are beautifully decorated with colorful lights to celebrate the festival of goddess Durga. Various traditional and cultural programmes would be organised on the occasion administration are also ready with strict security arrangements and has appealed to the residents to celebrate the festival with peace.
Garoth: The rural people are very excited to celebrate the festival of Navratri. All the arrangements have been done in the pandals and the idol of goddess Durga would be welcomed amid beats of dhol and bhajan. The girls have especially completed their Dandiya practice and ready to perform on all the nine days. Thousand of devotees from far flung areas would visit temple to worship goddess.
Sendhwa: The Bijasan temple is all decked up for the Nav Durga celebrations. A grand ‘Chunari’ yatra would be taken on September 28 wherein a large number of devotees would participate.
