BHOPAL : Bhopalotes may get relief from incessant rains from Tuesday for two to three days. There may be light rain but this will be big relief for the state capital.
Weatherman said that alert has been issued for Ratlam, Agar, Rajgarh, Ujjain, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Jhabua, Indore, and Dhar districts in the state as the system which has been causing rain so far in MP, has converted into low pressure and now shifted over South-West Rajasthan.
In Bhopal, incessant rains continued to lash the state capital on Monday. However, throughout the day, there was relief from continuous rain but by the evening, it started raining.
As per the meteorological department, rains and thundershowers may occur in Indore, Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Guna, Ashok Nagar, Sagar and Chhinndwara districts. Rain is also likely at a few places over Chambal division, rest of Gwalior Divisions rest of Sagar divisions and rest of Jabalpur divisions and at isolated places over Rewa, Shahdol divisions. Warning has been given for heavy rains at isolated places over Rajgarh and Ujjain division and Jhabua, Alirajpur, Indore, Dhar districts.
Director Meteorological department Dr Anupam Kashyapi said, “Farmers can use this window to use chemical fertilisers in their fields as after a gap of two to three days, another system is likely to become active.
The system which has been causing rains in Madhya Pradesh for the last ten days has withdrawn.
