BHOPAL : The Special Task Force (STF) filed supplementary challan against Bharat Mishra, brother of IG Sonali Mishra, in Pre-PG medical admissions-2012 fraud on Wednesday. He had arranged test papers for the students in return for huge amount of money.

Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB-Vyapam) former director Pankaj Trivedi had provided question papers with the right answers to Nitin Mahindra, who passed them on Bharat Mishra. Mishra called all examinees one day before examination in the night at a factory in Mandideep. Nitin Mahindra said Dr. Vinod Bhandari had given him contract for Rs 40 lakh to get his six candidates passed to Bharat Mishra.

In February, STF had filed main challan against 17 accused including Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science (SAIMS) chairman Vinod Bhandari and College GM Pradeep Raghuvanshi. Senior IPS officer RK Shivhare’s daughter Neha and her husband Ajay Anand, Anurag Jain ( son of KC Jain, IAS), Vyapam former director Pankaj Trivedi, system analyst Nitin Mahindra and others.

The results were out on March 17, 2012 and Neha and Ajay were toppers in the 2012 Pre- PG medical test, scoring 7th and 5th position in the list, respectively.

Bharat Mishra was sent on judicial remand in Sub-Inspectors’ recruitment fraud till October 15 after his police remand expired on Wednesday. He was sent on police remand on Saturday 27 till October 1 in Sub-Inspector recruitment fraud.
