Mhow : The contenders of the Board election have raised their activities about the election to be held on January 11, 2015. Hundreds of candidates from the BJP and Congress will stand for the election for the eight wards of the Cantonment council. Three wards one, four and six out of the eight wards are reserved for women candidates. The ward no seven is reserved for Schedule caste candidates. The wards no two, three, five and eight are open to all and thus are supreme targets during the election. This may lead to the serious dissatisfaction among the aspirants for the tickets.

The Cantonment Council election had been taking place on the basis of political parties so far but this year the Council will be formed on no party basis. This will make the election interesting that both the parties, Congress and BJP will support which candidates. The influential candidates will make the fight interesting.
