Everyone has a dream house. But only a few are able to make it a reality. Zeba Hina Khan is one of them. She has converted her penthouse on the sixth floor of Regalia Heights in the Koh-e-Fiza area into her dream home. Zeba has now moved to Singapore and the house is occupied by her family members.
Designed by Priyanka Mishra of Eclectic Designs, the Penthouse, which has been made by joining two flats, has a royal and antique look. Shahrukh Khan, Zeba’s brother and a businessman says that the look of the house was entirely conceived by Zeba. “It is her baby. She was very sure how she wanted her house to look from the beginning.” Priyanka said, “The drawing room has been given an Arabian touch”. Shahrukh added, “My favorite is the drawing room. It is not just classy but comfortable as well. In fact, coziness is the most I like about this place. It took us almost 6-8 months to do the interiors and once it was done, the results were fantastic. My sister’s ideas and Priyanka’s execution were flawless”. The house also featured in Prakash Jha production’s ‘Lipstick Wale Sapne’. Some scenes of the film were shot in the house with Konkana Sen Sharma. Shahrukh recalls, “It was a proud moment for us. Ours is one of the most beautiful houses in city. At least, this is what I feel”. And he is not wide of the mark either.
