HOSHANGABAD : Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, during his two-day visit to Pachmarhi on Wednesday said that a special meeting of cabinet would be held at Pachmarhi next month. He said the possibilities of development in Pachmarhi would be discussed and a proposal would be prepared for its implementation.
Chouhan also visited villages namely Bari Aam and Pagara during his visit.
During his tour of Bari Aam village, he interacted with the residents. He announced that he would bear the expenses of medical treatment of Tushar Done.
Chouhan’s wife also distributed new clothes to children on the festival of Rakshabandhan. Similarly, during his visit to village Pagara, people cited problems related to elimination of their names from BPL list and lack of accommodation.
Chouhan directed the concerned officials to organise camps in village Bari Aam and Pagara to solve the problems and ensure extension of benefits of schemes to the people within seven days.
Chouhan also did tracking, saw Gondwana shawls and visited Butter Fly park at Panarpani.
He also visited Raj Bhawan and directed the concerned officials to make necessary improvements there. Chouhan also directed the officials to make provisions of permission to people for tracking.
