BHOPAL : BJP senior leader Raghunandan Sharma, while addressing party office-bearers in a meeting on Sunday, said, “It is a mistake of the party as it promoted opportunists like Murlidhar Patidar and Dinesh Sharma. Murlidhar Patidar had led the teachers’ agitation last time just before the assembly polls and the BJP gave him a ticket in assembly polls and he won. Similarly, Dinesh Sharma, a Panchayat Secretary, who is a leader of association of Panchayat employees, now remains involved in politics in Mandsaur after he received attention of the BJP leadership. If opportunists like these are promoted continuously, the party would have to face such Dharna and demonstrations. It is a mistake of the party so opportunists just to get money and power, want to join the politics through shortcut of agitations. Now everyone wants to be a leader through teachers’ agitation.”
Earlier, State unit of the BJP has invited PM Narendra Modi and party national president Amit Shah for celebrations being organised to mark completion of 10 years of Shivraj Singh Chauhan as CM of the state on November 29.
BJP national vice president Prabhat Jha, said, “The party would celebrate completion of 10 year of Shivraj Singh Chauhan as CM of the state on November 29 and till than Bihar assembly results would be out and Diwali celebration would be over. It will be our effort to make it a historic event on this occasion. PM Narendra Modi who has emerged as a global leader and all MLAs from country will be present on this occasion. We will create a history with this event for the party expansion.”
BJP state president Nand Kumar Singh Chauhan laid down the blue print of programmes to mark Pt Deendayal Upadhyaya’s centenary celebration. He said, “The programme and schemes which PM Narendra Modi launched, provided social and economic security to common man. The BJP workers would set a new record in the country by getting loans to poor families for employment under Mudra Bank scheme.”

MP (Dewas) Manohar Untwal said, “It is the 12th year of the BJP regime in Madhya Pradesh, then why is the party celebrating completion of 10 years of Shivraj Singh Chauhan as CM.”
