Indore: Workers of State Archeological Department recovered used wood carvings from debris of Rajwada structure on Tuesday. A portion of the Holkar dynasty structure was collapsed on Monday morning. Under the guidance of department officials, workers started separating wooden pillars used in the structure from debris on Tuesday morning.
Official sources said that these woods would be reused in re-creating the collapsed portion of the structure. The department had sactioned Rs 2 lakh for the structure but unfortunately the release of fund was delayed and the incident took place.
