NTPC hands over ITI building to UP govt

BHOPAL : Director, vocational education and skill development of U.P. government Rajendra Prasad inaugurated the ITI in Nakatoo village constructed by NTPC Rihand in the presence of Manmohan Chaudhari, special secretary, vocational training and K. Shreedhar, GGM Rihand. The building has been constructed by NTPC Rihand with the modern lab and workshop facilities for four trades: Fitter, Electrician, Welder and Computer Programming. About 120 Students shall be enrolled this year but other courses may be launched next year depending on the strength of students. Hostel facility having 24 rooms, and teachers’ accommodation are available on the ITI campus. During inauguration  GGM (Singrauli) KRC Murti, Joint Director S L Maurya, GMs Raj Kumar, S Sarkar, A K Mukharjee, Ranjan Kumar, A K Keshri and other officials, Union, Association, Principals were present.
