Defense counsel Pramod Saxena, said, “NIA report was pending at home ministry and now government has changed at the Centre. The new government will assume office and new home ministry will come. Then the report will be examined. So naturally it will take at least one or two months.

Second, NIA which has unnecessarily arrested the youth in RSS leader Sunil Joshi murder case, we hope, will get relief. During the UPA regime, many youth were brought in net of NIA in the name of investigation. So they will get relief.”
