Sagar : The Naib Tehsildar of Parsoriya circle had allegedly manhandled an applicant who had appeared for a land case hearing on Tuesday. The district Collector had assured to take proper action into the matter. On Tuesday high drama took place when an applicant Devraj Singh Thakur and his mother Sheel Rani were allegedly beaten by the Naib Tehsildar Nirmal Singh Rathore and advocate of the opposite party.
Devraj Singh alleged that for last one and a half year, one of the land mafia Pahadi Singh’s name had been entered in his land revenue book. The case is pending with the Naib Tehsildar Nirmal Singh Rathore’s Court. The court defers the date of hearing every month, but does not give decision.
Every month the court is giving next hearing, but not deciding the case.Devraj Singh alleged that on Tuesday when he insisted the court to take decision, the naib tehsildar and the advocate of opposite party manhandled them. One of the eye witness Santosh Rani also claims that the naib tehsildar had slapped Sheel Rani and other advocate had thrashed Devraj Singh. She also alleged that if the women are not safe in the court premises then in which place she is safe.
The accused naib tehsildar Nirmal Singh Rathore claimed that Devraj had hindered the court’s work, he also claimed that no incident of manhandle is been done in the court premises. The district collector Ashok Kumar Singh while talking to media informed that he will take proper action into the matter. Whereas Devraj Singh had filed the complaint to the Civil Line police station against the naib tehsildar, advocate of opposition and other five into the case.
