Has one- and- a- half hour meeting with CM at Mumbai
BHOPAL: Mukesh Ambani, the owner of Reliance Industries, like his brother Anil Ambani of Reliance Power, is taking interest in making investments in Madhya Pradesh.Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Mukesh Ambani had a long meeting in Mumbai on Thursday. The duo held discussions on industrialisation in the meeting that lasted for around one- and- a- half hours.
Chauhan, who was on New ear vacations, had reached Mumbai. Ambani came to meet him there.According to sources, Ambani has expressed his interest in investing in Madhya Pradesh. A team of Reliance Industries may also visit state in the near future in this connection. Ambani in his meeting with Chauhan, congratulated him on his coming to power for third time. Ambani also appreciated the working of the state government for development made in the state. Ambani is working in the fields of oil and gas exploration and production.
He has shown his interest in working in this field in the state. So far, Anil Ambani Group has invested in the state in power sector. If Reliance Industries of Mukesh Ambani also invests here then it will benefit the state.CM returns from vacations with 40 hand- written pages: Shivraj Singh Chauhan may have gone on vacations with his family but he has come back with the future plan of development of the state.
According to sources, Chauhan has brought back a bunch of 40 hand written pages, detailing the work to be done in the state in the coming five years. Chauhan, during his vacations, prepared department- wise notes on the works to be done. These notes will be helpful in preparing and launching new schemes. In his Lakshadweep tour, he spent most of the time in preparing future action plan of the state.
