Burhanpur : MLA Archana Chitnis on Thursday flagged off Krashi Kranti Rath to visit Burhanpur Development Block of the District under the Agriculture Festival 2014 to promote agriculture as profitable business and to achieve maximum increase in agricultural productivity. MLA Chitnis was the chief guest of the ceremony and the presidency of the ceremony was done by Collector JP Airin Cynthia.
ICR Scientist Dr Anupam Mishra, Deputy Director of Agriculture Manohar Singh Devke, CEO of District Panchayat Sureshwar Singh and other officers of the concerned departments were also present in the ceremony.
Rural Agriculture Extension Officer Dilip Ingle conducted the ceremony and Deputy Director ATMA Rajesh Chaturvedi gave the vote of thanks.
