Mhow : The Mhow Cantonment Board (MCB) President Brigadier P C Chandra visited many areas in the city and delivered important instructions on Tuesday. He was accompanied with CEO Rajendra Pawar and other officers.

The Brigadier Chandra inspected Luniapura, Station Area, areas near Railway Station, Hat Ground, Simrol Road, unfinished waiting room at the Bus Stand, nearby situated Facility house and other places. He expressed his anger over the untidy places. He was informed about the problems by the shopkeepers of the area.

All the officers saw slums on Hat Ground where the new Bus stand is proposed. The team inspected under construction Over Bridge.
The team ordered to break down the illegal construction by former Corporator Akhtar Khan on the appeal of current Corporator Pratima Narad. Engineer H S Kolaya informed that the illegal contraction has been demolished twice before but he constructs it again. CEO R Pawar ordered to break the illegal construction once more.

The team inspected the basic problems of the city and promised to solve them. It is to be mentioned that the Brigadier Chandra had announced some time back to visit the city ward wise but due to shortage of time he is visiting the Cantonment wards one by one.
This has boosted up the activities of field working employees and officers. Advocate Manish Jaiswal and Ravi Arya from Vidhi Jagrati Manch have written letters to the Board President and CEO to visit the city and solve the basic problems.
