BHOPAL : A retired forest guard threatened at a public hearing at Chhattarpur collectorate that he would ‘shoot everyone’ if his house in Buxwaha, allegedly usurped by influential persons, was not freed from encroachers.
However, the ADM said that the man might have made this comment before media but he did not anything of this sort before officials in the public hearing.
As per the complaint, Buddha Singh got his house constructed at a cost of Rs 1 lakh 14 years ago but when he was posted at Batiyagarh, some musclemen took possession of his house. On Tuesday, he had also come with complaint that the house was not freed from musclemen.
ADM SK Shewale said, “He said nothing before us. It might be possible that the applicant made comments before media after attending public hearing. In the previous public hearing, we had received his handwritten application. Actually, it is a property dispute and not a revenue issue. But still we are trying our level best to find any solution for the relief to Contd. on P4
the applicant. I have sent the copy of application to Buxwaha tehsildar. ”
Buxwaha Tehsildar Vinita Jain said, “I am collecting information about the status of property of Buddha Singh. I have talked to ADM Shewale about the property”.
