BHOPAL : A handicapped man was looted by a miscreant near the premises of Punjab National Bank in MP Nagar Zone-II on Monday evening. The victim Kailash told the police that Rs 67,000 were looted from him. However, the police are finding his story unbelievable.
In another incident a man charged miscreants with having assaulted him and fired four bullets in an attempt to kill him. Here also the police are skeptical. According to MP Nagar police, a hospital staffer Kailash Prajapati complained to police that when after he withdrew cash from the bank, a miscreant poked him with a weapon, which seemed like the barrel of a gun, on his back and threatening to shoot him, asked him to walk out. Once he was out of the building, the miscreant snatched the amount from him and escaped. Police are investigating the evidences including CCTV footage of Bank in an attempt to verify the claim of the complainant.
In another incident of Khajuri, two miscreants fired four rounds in the air and attacked a man when he tried to resist some persons who were trying to forcibly take possession of his plot in Khajuri area on Monday.
