Man, mind, meditation are inseparable, says Yoga Guru

BHOPAL : On the second day of Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies Lecture Series-Tattvabodhani, famous Yoga Guru Ramesh Kumar Dhaneria stated that in the present time, life is very demanding and people are leading a very hectic life. People have no time to take care of their health that results into indulgence in numerous diseases.

Yoga Asans are helpful for our physical fitness whereas Pranayams are helpful for developing our consciousness. Hence, men, mind and meditation are inseparable. Dhaneria also demonstrated Nasagrah Drishti and Brahma Mudra. The other keynote speaker Prof Chaitnya Aggrawal put an emphasis on practical aspects of meditation. He highlighted that the life is an outcome of our past actions and whatever happening around us is directly or indirectly associated with our karmas. On this occasion Prof Meena Aggrawal highlighted an urgent need to change our daily lifestyle in order to live a content life. Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof Shashiprabha Kumar presided over the lectures.  In her presidential speech, she remarked that Indian Art of Yoga and Meditation is quite vivid and rich. The whole world has acknowledged this richness of Yoga and many countries of the World are following Indian ways of Yoga and Meditation for well being of their citizens.

 A large gathering attended the lecture session. The programme was conducted by Dr Upendra Babu Khatri.
