BHOPAL: A man who had been returning to home from Bhopal Utsav Mela lost his life in a road accident. The Habibganj police have registered a case of hit and run against the unidentified bike-rider who hit the man.
According to police, 55-year-old Bhaskar Rao, resident of Machna colony, had gone to visit Bhopal Utsav Mela with his relative in the evening on Sunday. As they were returning Rao was riding pillion on a Scooty. Suddenly, a bike-rider hit the vehicle from behind and Rao fell down. During treatment Rao died because of critical head injury. Police have registered an FIR against the unidentified bike-rider.
In another incident a dead body was found in Shahpura area. Police identified the deceased as 20-year-old Radhe Shayam Dheemar of Sakal Veri area situated in Narsinghpur district. Police have registered a case and have been investigating to find the cause of death.
