HOSHANGABAD: State planning commission vice chairman Chetanya Kahsyap said in three years district plan meeting here on Thursday that five-year plan has stopped, now the fifteen years plan has been making in the state and in the country and the works are being included which have to be done in coming five years. State planning commission wants that the process of decentralisation is to be continued in districts and blocks, actually central government made five year plan in Delhi earlier, which was implemented in the districts and states. But the problems of every state is different there is the diversity in the places, that’s why the plans were not successful, and keeping this thing in the view now the state plans are made in the state itself on the instructions of central government.

In this type of scheme central would be present as a supporting component therefore the need is realised for 15 year plan. He was doing the review of target fulfilment of the schemes of the different departments of Hoshangabad, Betul and Harda districts of Narmadapuram division, also did the review of the implementation of plans for coming four years and said that Madhya Pradesh would be free from poverty till 2022.
