Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The corona-positive rate is 1.8 per cent in the state. There are around 27,256 active cases. Around 78,437 samples were sent for testing, while 279 samples were rejected at the time of testing.
The state recorded 1,476 corona-positive cases, pushing the infection tally to 778,825 and toll to 8,019. Around 5,059 Covid patients have been discharged in Madhya Pradesh.
Bhind and Agar-Malwa reported zero corona cases each, while Burhanpur, Khandwa and Katni reported 1 corona case each. Bhind and Agar-Malwa reported 76 and 178 active cases, respectively, while Burhanpur, Khandwa and Katni reported 27, 56 and 81 active cases, respectively. Mandala reported 2 corona cases with 67 active cases.
