Congress has complained against rural development minister Gopal Bhargava for announcing sops to youth in a rally at Bada Malhera assembly constituency.
According to complaint, Bhargava while addressing an election rally at Bada Malhera said that about 10,000 acres of land was released from illegal encroachment of land mafias and after the elections, the youth will be distributed an acre each. This falls under luring the voters and is violation of model code of conduct, said Congress demanding registering of FIR against the minister.
In another complaint, the Congress has asked to remove election officer of Ashok Nagar assembly, Ravi Malviya. He had taken Rozgar Sachivs in a meeting of BJP candidate Jajpal Singh Jajji.
Congress has also asked to reject the nomination form of Bisahulal Singh alleging that he hasn’t provided correct information in his affidavit. Congress has also demanded to cancel the transfer of Anuppur SP Satyendra Kumar Shukla who was transferred without taking approval of the election commission.
