BHOPAL: A dumper loaded with rubble overturned and fell on a car near Nayapura road junction near New Jail within the limits of Gandhi Nagar police station. The car was smashed by the impact. The incident happened on Monday evening around 5.15 pm. The car driver got trapped in the car. He was later rescued and sent to Hamidia Hospital by the police and nearby locals. According to TI Jeetendra Patel of Gandhi Nagar police station a dumper bearing registration number MP04 HE 3011 overturned and fell on a Maruti Suzuki A Star car bearing registration number MP04 CD 2875 going besides it near Nayapura joint on Monday evening. The dumper was loaded with rubble. The dumper driver and cleaner fled the spot after the accident.
TI Patel said that the further details about the accident will be known once the car driver Basant recovers. The dumper was moved with the help of a crane and later removed from the spot.
