BHOPAL : Minister for Urban Administration and Development Kailash Vijayvargiya may have not resigned from the council of ministers after being appointed BJP National General Secretary but he has stopped working.
After his appointment on June 17, Vijayvargiya is showing interest only in organisational work. He has not visited Bhopal after his appointment in Party Organisation. He did not take part in cabinet meeting either. The files related to Urban Administration and Housing and Environment Departments have not been cleared after Vijayvargiya becoming General Secretary.
Department’s Principal Secretary Malay Shrivastava said Vijayvargiya still has charge of the Department. He said that he could not say whether he is disposing files or not.
Vijayvargiya is going to arrive in the city in the first week of July. Vijayvargiya is also not coming to Bhopal as Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, BJP State President Nandkumar Singh Chauhan, Party Organisation General Secretary Arvind Menon are busy with Garoth bye-polls. Chauhan would come to Bhopal on the evening of July 1 and after that Vijayvargiya would come. Vijayvargiya has already said that he would come to Bhopal to give his resignation to Chauhan.
