Ministers clash in Speaker’s chamber over destitute pension scam
BHOPAL: A question, related to pension scam probe commission, led to clash between two ministers in the House on Wednesday. Industries minister Kailash Vijayvargiya had a verbal duel with social justice minister Gopal Bhargava. The ministers also had a sharp exchange of words in Speaker’s chambers over the comments made by Bhargava in the House.
Vijayvargiya said to Bhargava that ‘ Kya Tumhe Akal Ka Ajeerna Ho Gaya Hai Jo Jabran Samajhdari Dikha Rahe Ho’ ( Are you suffering from mental bankruptcy that you are trying to act smart). Vijayvargiya severely reprimanded Bhargava, which shocked Bhargava. Bhargava left for his home directly from the Assembly.
Sources said Vijayvargiya did not cool down even when Bhargava said that he was just trying to help him. While all this was going on, Parliamentary affairs minister Narottam Mishra and Speaker Rohani were also present and tried to intervene. Sources say the background of the dispute was Indore as Bhargava is in- charge minister of Indore. The followers of Vijayvargiya in Indore are not happy with Bhargava.
