BHOPAL: A delegation of apex court and high court judges grouped together and rounded up the Raja Bhoj airport officials in Gandhi Nagar as the flight of Jet Airways from which they were scheduled to depart for Mumbai delayed for almost two hours on Sunday afternoon. However, the matter was resolved as the manager of Jet Airways who was not present at the time of incident reached the spot and apologised for the delay and inconvenience faced by them. Meanwhile no complaint has been lodged by both the parties at Gandhi Nagar police station as the matter was resolved. According to the information, the incident took place at around 3.30pm at Bhopal airport when a delegation of as many as eight judges of the Supreme Court and MP high court along with protocol officer of National Judicial Academy Salman Khan reached the airport to go to Mumbai from a Jet Airways flight scheduled to depart at 3.45pm.
After waiting awhile, they came to know that the flight was delayed for two hours, the judges, irked by the delay, rounded up the officials concerned following as they were not informed about the flight status.
Later when the manager of Jet Airways station, Ashwini Sachdeva apologised for the delay and explained the reason to them the matter was resolved. Subsequently, at around 5:30pm the flight landed at the airport after almost two hours and the delegation of judges boarded the flight.
