Bamnia : A grand ‘Varghoda’ procession of devotees, who have been observing fasts during chaturmas, was taken out under the guidance of noted Jain seers Sadhvi Ratnashrayreeji and Tatvatayashreeji in the town here on Sunday.

The procession passed through all the major roads of town and concluded at Sthanak Bhawan on Petlawad road. Various social organisations felicitated the fasting devotees and seers at different places in the town. The procession turned into religious meeting at Sthanak Bhawan. Addressing the religious meeting, Jain seer said that it is very difficult to sacrifice food to follow the religion.

Chanodiya family, Nakoda family Mehta family and others felicitated the fasting devotees during the function.
