Dewas : The high-profile Sunil Joshi murder case will now be presented on 28th October in the court as the Judge for the case got transferred. The hearing of the case was scheduled on Saturday in the Court which got further extended to October.
Application of Exemption of Personal Appearance was presented on Saturday in the court due to the absence of Anand Raj katariya and Jitendra Sharma. Whereas Lokesh and Rajendra were brought from Haryana and Vasudev and Ram Charan Patel were presented in the court.
Government Public Prosecutor Girish Mungi said that Pragya Bharti was not present in the court. 28th October is the date scheduled for the next hearing of the case.
