Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): State’s energy minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar on Thursday sustained serious injuries after he fell down from a stage in Gwalior. He is admitted at a Hospital in Gwalior and said to be stable.
Tomar was invited as a guest to attend the inauguration of National Bagwani Board at Jivaji University in Gwalior. Along with Union minister Narendra Singh Tomar, state minister Bharat Singh Kushwah and other dignitaries, there were 25 dignitaries, who were sitting at the stage.
While stepping down from the stage, he slipped and fell on the ground. He was later rushed to a hospital.
Though hospital administration and also Tomar’s staff members could not be contacted for comments, sources said he has sustained fracture in leg and also sustained internal injuries.
