Nagda : Taking serious action on the 193-hectare land of the closed Bharat Commerce House, Tehsildar, as per the direction of collector, took the possession of the land on Thursday. The administration has given the statement regarding this action that they had given land to run the industry but since the Indian commerce, industry has been closed from past many years the land ultimately came under government possession. The administration took around 3 hours to complete the action and on all the places where the government took action, a notice has been pasted.
Sources informed that upper collector Ujjain Pawan Jain had given an order to Nagda Tehsildar on the applications submitted by Grasim Krantikari Union Bhawani Singh Shekhawat to district collector and divisional commissioner under which 193-hectare land of Bharat Commerce House should be occupied by the government. On the contrary, Grasim had made the sale-deed in favor of Prakash Maheshwari Group Executive President, which is now found illegal.
It is said that before taking the decision regarding the land, the upper collector had given the opportunity to concerned industries including Grasim, Arun Chemical, Gwalior Chemical and Bharat commerce house, to present their side but none of them has presented their view. Due to which, upper collector has given this decision.
