Gopal Bhargava’s doctor brother passes away

BHOPAL: Dr Pradhyumna Bhargava, senior ophthalmologist and younger brother of Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Gopal Bhargava, passed away on Thursday in Ujjain due to cardiac arrest. He was 61. Dr Bhargava had gone to participate in a conference of opthalmologists. He had resolved to donate his eyes. After donating his eyes in CHL Apollo Hospital, Ujjain, his body was brought to Sagar. His funeral was performed in Sagar on Saturday. Distinguished citizens, office-bearers of political parties, representatives of NGOs, journalists and relatives were present in large numbers on the occasion.
