BHOPAL : The body of a youth was spotted lying in waterlogged ditch near Technology Park under Ayodhya Nagar police station on Wednesday afternoon. Acting swiftly on the information, police personnel rushed to the spot and later fished out deceased body and after preliminary investigation it was sent for the post-mortem. According to police, the deceased was identified as Bharat 27, son of Gopal, resident of LIG 99, G-Sector Ayodhya Nagar who worked as a garment trader.
On Wednesday afternoon, he went to take bath at Saryu Sarovar near Technology Park where after washing clothes he went to take bath where his feet slipped and as he did not know swimming, he drowned. In another incident a man was found lying in inebriated condition at Bus stop number 2 within the limits of TT Nagar police station on Tuesday afternoon. He was sent to Hamidia Hospital by ambulance where he died while undergoing treatment on Wednesday. The identity of the deceased could not be ascertained till the filing of the report.
