Bheekangaon : Ashutosh Billore of Bheekangaon had gone along with his friends Teshu Birla of Sanawad, Sandeep Chanda of Bhilai, Ashish Kesarwani of Rewa, and Abhishek Pandey of Gorakhpur on a five day adventure trip to Nepal.
“We were informed from 20 kilometre away from Narayanghat through a phone in Gorakhpur that an Earthquake is on its way, and were instructed to return back. We took a U-turn and reached an open ground within five minutes, after which we got a news that area lying near the mountain have been affected by the Earthquake”, said Abhishek Billore of Bheekangaon.
Billore told that his team started feeling the tremors while they had crossed Saloni border. “First we thought that our car went haywire because of a puncture, but then we realised that they were earthquake tremors. If we would have been five minutes late, none of us would have been alive,” he added. We returned back to Gorakhpur after that. However we felt some tremors on Sunday, at 12.40pm as well.
