Fire in garden turns valuable plants to ashes

Narsinghpur :  Bamboo trees and other valuables were gutted to fire on Sunday, when a garden caught fire, in village Peeparwani adjoining Tendukheda area.

The information was soon sent to the city council, which sent fire tankers to control the fire. However soon local tankers had to be called for, as the fire brigade van was at a distance at village Shahajpur, busy in putting off another fire.

Reportedly, garden of one Manoharlal of Peeparwani suddenly caught fire in the afternoon. Manoharlal tried to put off the fire, but soon it went out of control and city council had to be apprised about the matter. Finally local water tankers were called in and the villagers filled water in big utensils and contributed in putting off the fire. Trees of valuable species including Bamboos were gutted in the incident.
