Narsinghpur : A farmer asked for permission to end his life from collector-SP for no action being taken on his complaint registered against a Tehsildar and an SDO regarding serious allegations.
He provided many facts which are showing that a many fraudulent actions were taken to illegally acquire his farmland. Documents were being forged and false maps were attached which didn’t had any records.
According to the sources, Bharat Lal Kachhi is a farmer of village Nanhegaon under Themi police station. Land of Raja Bhaiya Takhraya who is PHE SDO of Gotegaon, is adjacent to that of him. In the application submitted to collector and SP, Kachhi mentioned that a Sugar mill is being operated by Takhraya on his land and former Tehsildar Piyush Dubey is a partner with him. To do the treatment of his father and daughter, Kachhi took loan from Takharaya.
Because of his bad economic condition, he couldn’t pay the loan to Takharaya because of which they pressurized on him to sell his land. Kachhi transferred the registry of 1 acre land on May 16, 2012 and three quarters of one acre on May 22, 2013 to the wife of Takharaya. Now the officials are adopting many tactics to usurp the remaining 2.8 acres of land which is adjacent to Pradhanmantri Sadak Yojana road on which his house is also constructed.
Kachhi submitted those facts which prove that the documents and maps shown by Takharaya are forged and there is no record of them but no action has been taken against him. Even a police officer is indirectly threatening him and his family for death. Fed up with this harassment, Kachhi asked for euthanasia with family for no action being taken on his application.
