Supreme Court quashing the petition filed by Congress state president Kamal Nath and Rajasthan state president Sachin Pilot on fake voters, has enthused the BJP so much so that now BJP leaders maintain that they would raise this issue in the elections. Cooperatives minister Vishwas Sarang, in a press conference, said Congress had insulted the voters of the state by terming them fake. He said they would demand election commission to seize the election symbol and cancel the recognition of Congress for leveling allegations on constitutional bodies.
He said Congress claim that there are 60 lakh fake voters in MP was found to be false. However, Congress is not ready to give up as its national spokesman Randeep Singh Surjewala said they would, through their party workers, prove in fifteen days their claims about the number of bogus voters on each booth. Cong should open its eyes after sC’s reprimand: Cm CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, on the issue of the SC quashing the petition of Congress, said Congress, which leveled allegations on the objectivity of constitutional bodies, should open its eyes. Chouhan said people will clear all other misunderstandings of Congress. Union minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said that the decision of the SC was a slap on Congress’ face and it should take a lesson from it.
