BHOPAL : RTI activist Ajay Dubey wrote a letter to Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik on Friday regarding the mysterious death of Vijai Bahadur, ex IFS, who was associated with the Vyapam Scam.
In his letter to CM Patnaikn Dubey said stated that he had already communicated in his previous communication that the GRP, Odisha has not got the postmortem done as per the regulations therefore video recording of the postmortem was not done; the viscera was not preserved; forensic team has not made video of the site. It is a very major lapse that will have an adverse impact on the investigation. He requested Patnaik to hand over the case to CBI.
Bahadur was found dead on the railway track of Belpahara station, Jharsuguda of Odisha. He was an observer for 12 recruitment /admission tests in Vyapam scam. Bahadur was travelling by train.
