HOSHANGABAD: Collector Avinash Lavania instructed all the officers in timeline meeting that the action should be ensured for all the applications which are received under public service guarantee act.
He also said that if the case does not resolved within the time period then certain action would be taken against the officer.
He said that the complaints received at CM helpline should be resolved at the level 1, 2 and 3 and also instructed the officers that the monthly information should be presented in which the number of complaints and application and their answers should be shown. He also reviewed the other matters and gave instructions to the concerned officials.
In this meeting chief executive officer district panchayat BK Rawat, assistant collector Sanskriti Jain, additional collector Rajesh Rathore and concerned officers were present.
