Jabalpur : A dumper was lost by the gunmen and mining inspector at Friday midnight at a crossing on Shahpura-Patan road.
According to mining inspector Devendra Patle, he with his team was investigating in Shahpura under the instructions given by higher officers and seized six dumpers filled with illegal sand in village Kushli. Immediately after reaching a railway crossing on Amla Patan road, they saw a dumper coming from Kusmighat road. They tried to stop it but failed when a car of number MP-20-F-9807 stopped their way. The persons sitting in the car started to argue with the officers taking advantage of which, the dumper escaped. Patle reported this incident to mining officers on Saturday morning. A case will be registered on Monday in which Rajendra Singh, driver of the car will also be included.
