Kukshi : Distrct Collector Jai Shri Kiyawat and MLA Surendra Singh Baghel on Thursday along with the other senior officials attended a Nocturnal Gram Chaupal at Kaapsi village of the district. Collector Kiyawat, MLA Baghel and CEO of District Panchayat Shrikant Banoth offered garlands on the statue of Bharat Mata. Deputy Director of Agriculture RP Kaneria, CHMO Dr Vandana Khare, SDM Rekha Rathore and CEO Janpad Panchayat Kukshi JP Mishra were also seated on the stage. The tribal people performed their tribal dance and welcomed the guests.
During the Choupal Collector listened to the problems of the villagers and instructed officers to solve the problems by taking prompt actions.
MLA Baghel also listened to the problems of the villagers and assured them of the quick solutions of their problems.
The villagers also welcomed Krashi Kranti Rath and Swachchhta Rath and Agriculture Scientist Dr Tambe and NS Upadhyay informed about various modern technologies to increase the production and make agriculture a profitable business.
A street play was also performed to inform villagers about the importance of cleanliness and toilets.
Village Sarpanch Surli, Gopal Pawar and others felicitated the Guests by offering them shreefal, saafa and memento. Girls of KGBV School performed attractive dance on the occasion.
District Officers of various departments along with sub- divisional officers and villagers were also presented during the Choupal. The program was conducted by Manoj Sadhu and the vote of thanks was given by Secretary Hiralal Sirvi.
