BHOPAL: The Bharatiya Janata Party national vice-president Vinay Sahasrabuddhe made a controversial comment on Monday, mocking the inconveniences the people are facing due to demonetisation.

Supporting the demonetisation decision, Sahasrabuddhe said only a superman can take such a decision.
ne said only a leader who has a connect with the people can say what the Prime Minister had said. “It is a satyagraha backed by the people”, Sahastrabudhey said, adding that the people should give 50 days’ time sought by the Prime Minister”.
The BJP national vice-president said the party has asked its workers to help the people standing in queues for changing old notes. He said the party informs the authorities, including the Election Commission, about whatever donations the party gets. The money deposited by the party in banks this year will also be brought to the knowledge of the commission. On the issue of ministers and bureaucrats not seen in queues outside banks for changing old notes, Sahasrabuddhe said some persons can be seen in queues now and some would be seen later.
