Deceased’s family forgoes Mrityu Bhoj

BADNAWAR : The family members of a married woman who succumbed to burn injuries recently donated around Rs 2 lakh for the social welfare service run by the regional organisation instead of organising Mrityu Bhoj.

Sum of around Rs 1 lakh was donated to the organisation that is likely to provide services related to eye tests and eye transplant in the coming few days.

And about Rs 50000 was donated to Nirmohi Akhada for cow promotion, whereas Rs 25000 has been received by Ram Mandir situated Bukdawdakhedi.

Notably, the family members of the deceased lady also provided a help of Rs 25000 to a poor family residing in the village for the marriage of their daughter.

The grandfather Bharat Singh Patel and uncle Jashvant Singh Patel of deceased Sapna handed over the amount in Khathodiya on Wednesday. On this occasion, the volunteers including Manoj Somani, Sarvesh Mandlecha, Yogesh Raj Purohit and Vinod Sharma along with other volunteers were present.
